Justin Cradit is a Program Management Specialist for the Asia-Pacific region at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems since March 2022, with ongoing projects in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, and prior experience in Papua New Guinea. Previously, Justin held roles at the OECD - OCDE as a Junior Policy Analyst and Graduate Intern focusing on gender equality. Justin also contributed to The International Foundation for Electoral Systems in various capacities from 2014 to 2018, including Program Officer and Operations Coordinator in multiple Asia-Pacific countries. Earlier experience includes positions as a Project Assistant at the National Democratic Institute and internships in government relations, human rights, and conservation. Justin holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Affairs from Wake Forest University, along with additional studies in France.
