David Perry has been working in the education field for over 20 years. David started their career as a history teacher at Northfield Mount Hermon School in 1998. In 2006, they became a technology educator at Friends School of Baltimore before taking on the role of interim head of school at The Academy at Charlemont in 2011. From 2012 to 2014, Perry worked as a high school guidance counselor at the International School of Beijing. David then returned to The International School Nido de Aguilas, where they had previously worked as a history teacher, and took on the role of high school principal and assistant head of school. In January 2018, Perry became the acting headmaster of The International School Nido de Aguilas, and they were appointed to the permanent position of headmaster in June 2018.


David Perry has a Master's in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, a Juris Doctor from Suffolk Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Clark University.


Some direct reports include Will Randall - Director of Student Support Services, Kathryn Thornton - Early Years School Director, and Norma Jara - HR Director.
