Jacqueline Bliss

Jacqueline Bliss is a Formulation Scientist at The Jel Sert Company since April 2024, following an extensive tenure at Sokol and Company where roles included Food Scientist, Research and Development Technician, and Research and Development Intern. As a Food Scientist, Jacqueline managed product development projects and provided technical support across departments. Previous experience includes executing shelf life testing and maintaining lab operations as a Research and Development Technician, as well as developing new products during two summer internship experiences. Jacqueline earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Iowa State University, where involvement included participation in marching and pep bands, along with membership in Tau Beta Sigma-Theta Xi.
