Janet L. Harbour is the SVP, Client Strategy & Growth at The Judge Group. Janet has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on strategic accounts and business development.

Janet began their career at The Judge Group in 2008 as the Director of Strategic Accounts. In this role, they were responsible for developing strategic account strategies and solutions for The Judge Group's clients, as well as leading the acquisition and growth of business activity on a global basis.

In 2012, Janet was promoted to Managing Director of Strategic Accounts, and was responsible for leading and managing The Judge Group's Strategic Account Management function. In this role, they were responsible for the development and growth of Strategic Accounts through the integration of the company's entire portfolio of services. Additionally, they were responsible for managing relationships with client executives, top decision makers and sponsors within our strategic account base, as well as developing and strengthening senior customer relationships within large national/global accounts.

In their current role as SVP, Client Strategy & Growth, Janet is responsible for leading The Judge Group's client strategy and growth initiatives. Janet is also responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
