Justin Waltz

Justin Waltz currently serves as Brand President at The Junkluggers, a position held since January 2024. Justin has extensive experience in franchise operations, previously working as Chief Exponential Officer at Justin Waltz Inc since March 2018, and Managing Director of Franchise Operations at Level 5 Capital Partners from February 2021 to July 2023. Justin also held the title of Vice President of Franchise Operations at Big Blue Swim School from April 2019 until July 2023. Earlier roles include Sr Manager of Franchise Performance and Franchise Consultant at College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving, and various positions at Handyman Connection, including President/General Manager. Justin began in the franchise industry at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, where roles ranged from Team Member to Operations Manager, and built foundational management skills as Assistant FOH Manager at Cactus Willies Steak Buffett. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Towson University and has pursued additional education at the University of Miami and Landmark.
