Mark de la Vega

Mark de la Vega is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in the CRM and contact center industries. Currently serving as a Company Advisor at The KYO Group since November 2020, Mark previously operated as an Independent Consultant and Advisor from January 2019 to June 2022. As co-founder and CEO of Cloud Point Solutions, Mark specialized in high-quality CRM implementations and was a reseller for 8x8 and a Salesforce development partner. Mark's leadership roles include VP and GM of the Contact Center Business at Avaya, SVP and GM of the Enterprise Services Group at Infogain, and Senior Vice President of Products & Technology at Rainmaker Systems. Mark also held significant positions at TeleTech Holdings Inc., Amdocs, Nortel Networks, and Cisco Systems, establishing a strong foundation in product development and management. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing and Economics from San Jose State University.
