Seth Hufford

Seth Hufford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational change. Currently a partner at The People Group and Emerging Leaders Institute, Seth focuses on enhancing organizational capacity and cultivating authentic leadership. As a regional catalyst for The League of Intrapreneurs, Seth engages with a global community to drive cultural innovation and collaboration in the workplace. Past roles include adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh, chief of staff for Allegheny County Controller, and director of programs at Carnegie Mellon University and Coro New York Leadership Center. Seth holds a Master's in Public Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's in History from Dickinson College.
