Michele Garavello

Michele Garavello is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and procurement across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager for Workplace Experience at the LEGO Group since December 2019, Michele leads the Experience and Fit-out stream for the Innovation Campus project. Previous roles at LEGO included Global Category Manager for Facility and Regional Sourcing Manager for Indirect Materials & Services EMEA. Before joining LEGO, Michele worked at Siemens Gamesa as Construction Tender Manager in Offshore Sales, and held various positions at Datalogic, including Group Indirect Procurement Manager and Project Manager | Operations Director for Brazil. Early career experiences include roles as R&D Manager at Morellato Group, Intellectual Property Specialist at Datalogic SpA, and Patent Agent at Modiano & Partners. Michele holds an MBA from CUOA Business School and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova.
