Kristin Mlady

Kristin Mlady is an experienced professional currently serving as an Emerging Leader on the Executive Leadership Committee at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, starting in February 2024. Mlady has been with Insight Global since June 2017, contributing as the West Coast Event Lead for the Women’s Leadership Council and holding roles including Senior Account Manager and Digital Brand Lead, focusing on enhancing the company's digital presence. Mlady began a foundational career at IT Cosmetics from 2014 to January 2019, providing exceptional customer service and expertise in product knowledge. Additionally, Mlady was a title holder for Miss Teen Illinois America from 2012 to 2013, successfully organizing multiple fundraisers for various organizations. Mlady holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University, with a certification in Special Events.
