Michelle Esser

Michelle Esser serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at The Lewis Group of Companies, a prominent real estate development firm. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Michelle currently holds membership in Chief, a network dedicated to empowering women executives. Previous roles include Vice President of Talent Management and Human Resources at be.group, Director of Employee and Organizational Development at Caltech, and various vice president positions in human resources and product management across multiple organizations, including Western Corporate Credit Union, Wescom Credit Union, Union Bank of California, and Sanwa Bank. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Woodbury University.
