Kandace DeSadier, MBA, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, currently serves as Clinic Practice Manager and Family Nurse Practitioner at The Little Clinic since October 2021, previously holding roles such as Clinical Supervisor in Rheumatology Care and Sleep Medicine at Community Health Network. With a diverse background in healthcare, Kandace has also worked as Director of Clinical Services at Great Care Home Health, Oncology Infusion RN at Hematology Oncology of Indiana, and Oncology/Hematology Registered Nurse at St.Vincent Health.
