Rebecca-Rafiyah Findlay

Rebecca-Rafiyah Findlay is an accomplished communications and marketing professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including health and charitable organizations. Currently serving as Vice-Chair and Trustee at Mare and Foal Sanctuary since June 2022, Rebecca chairs the Fundraising and Engagement Committee. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Marketing and Communications at Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis and Senior Communications Specialist at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. With a background as Head of Communications & Fundraising at Weston Area Health NHS Trust, Rebecca successfully led high-value fundraising campaigns and managed integrated digital and traditional PR strategies. Additionally, Rebecca's experience includes positions at The British Institute of Radiology, FPA, Addaction, and InterContinental Hotels Group, along with an MA in Social Sciences and Islamic History from The University of Edinburgh.
