Katie Valent

Katie Valent, MBA, currently serves as the Platform HR Director for Automotive Aftermarket at Marmon Holdings, Inc., beginning in September 2023. Prior to this role, Katie held various HR leadership positions, including HR Director for North American Manufacturing at James Hardie, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 50 HR professionals and managing HR initiatives for nearly 2,900 employees across eleven manufacturing sites. Previous experience includes serving as Sr. HR Manager at Jump Trading LLC, where Katie focused on optimizing employee experience in a high-growth startup, and as HR Director at ITW, where notable achievements included developing a global injury and illness prevention program. Katie's earlier career spans multiple HR roles at McKesson and JLL, contributing to talent development and organizational effectiveness.
