Anna Lyp

Anna Lyp has a diverse range of work experience in the legal and non-profit sectors. In 2017, they volunteered as a student at Lawyers Without Borders, where they organized fundraising events and developed skills in leadership and money management. During the same year, they also served as a summer intern at the Centre for Women's Rights in Poland, assisting with office tasks, attending court hearings, and providing advice to clients on issues like employment and domestic abuse.

In 2018, Anna volunteered as a student at Disability Rights UK, contributing to a project that aimed to improve the civic participation of disabled people in politics. Anna gathered evidence for an official report and worked on a top-level political project authorized by cross-party parliamentary members. Anna also volunteered as a student at The Personal Support Unit, providing support to clients unable to access formal legal help in court. Anna'sresponsibilities included explaining court processes to clients, aiding in the completion of court forms and documentation, preparing speeches for court, and attending court hearings with clients.

In 2019, Anna completed a mini-pupillage at New Park Court Chambers, observing a barrister and assisting with a burglary case. Anna also worked as a legal assistant at Medical Protection Society from July 2019 onwards.

Anna Lyp began their education in 2016 at Durham University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree until 2019, focusing on the field of law. Following this, in 2021, they enrolled at the QLTS School (SQE Prep) for the Solicitors Qualification Examination.
