Laura McBride

Laura McBride is the Senior Vice President & Co-General Counsel at The MetroHealth System. Laura was previously a partner at Ulmer & Berne LLP from March 2013 to September 2014. Prior to that, they were an associate at Calfee, Halter & Griswold from September 2005 to March 2013. Laura began their career as a Program Analyst at the US DHHS Office of Inspector General from January 1997 to December 2001, where they conducted policy analysis of HHS programs, including FDA and NIH regulations for clinical research and FDA oversight of dietary supplements.

Laura McBride has a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, an M.S. in Evaluative Clinical Sciences from Dartmouth College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from The College of Wooster. Laura also went to Brighton High School.

Laura McBride reports to Akram Boutros, President and Chief Executive Officer. Laura McBride works with Michael Phillips - Chief Legal Officer, MetroHealth, Craig Richmond - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Bernard Boulanger - Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer.
