Josh Gottesman

Josh Gottesman is the Community Director for Research Data Resources at The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, a position held since January 2019, where responsibilities include leading projects to enhance community collaboration among researchers and facilitating the development of statewide Parkinson's Disease registries. Previous roles include Associate Director and Officer within the same organization, managing significant grant portfolios and overseeing clinical study operations. Josh Gottesman has also served as a Junior Fellow on U.S.-China Relations at Asia Society and as a Visiting Scholar at Huazhong Agricultural University, along with a Fulbright Research Scholar association with the U.S. Department of State. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Regional Studies—East Asia from Columbia University and a double major in Government and Chinese Language and Literature from Connecticut College.
