Lucy Stan is a consultant with The Miles Group, where she provides support for client engagements across the firm’s practice areas.

Prior to joining TMG, Lucy was a member of the Technology Officers Practice at Heidrick & Struggles, where she specialized in the recruitment of Chief Information Officers, Chief Digital Officers, and Chief Technology Officers within Fortune 500 and private organizations across all industries and geographies.

Lucy earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology with honors from Colgate University. She currently resides in Boston.
