Kate Cole

Kate Cole is currently a Trustee at The Mint Museum. Prior to that, they served as an Analyst at the Michigan Department of State from May 2019 to September 2021. In that role, Kate was responsible for administering corrective actions to ensure compliance with the Michigan Vehicle Code (MVC) and the Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Act (MVSRA). Kate also reviewed and analyzed completed complaint investigations to provide analysis and recommended disciplinary actions.

From August 2012 to April 2019, Kate served as Vice President of Compliance at Career Quest Learning Centers, Inc. In that role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the compliance department, including developing and implementing compliance plans, conducting audits, and investigating complaints. Kate also served as a liaison to the Board of Directors on compliance matters.

Kate Cole holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Michigan State University.
