Andrew Rosti

Andrew Rosti serves as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations at The Morgan Companies since October 2025. Prior to this role, Rosti held multiple positions at Grubb Properties from August 2016 to October 2025, advancing from Associate to Vice President of Investments. Rosti has also contributed to the Urban Land Institute, serving as Chairperson for both the Networks Initiative and Membership Committee during respective terms from July 2020 to June 2023 and July 2018 to June 2020. As Vice President of Development at Charlotte Mecklenburg Housing Partnership from June 2014 to July 2016, Rosti led initiatives in economic and commercial development. Earlier experience includes roles at PNC Realty Investors, where Rosti focused on development, acquisitions, and asset management. Andrew Rosti holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
