Dwight Johnson

Dwight Johnson has over 19 years of experience in engineering and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as a Process Engineering Advisor at The Mosaic Company since July 2011, Dwight has also held positions as Maintenance Superintendent and Senior Reliability Engineer within the same organization. Prior roles include Operations Shift Manager at both Appleton Estate Sugar Factory from December 2007 to December 2011 and Sugar Company of Jamaica Limited from April 2004 to December 2007. Dwight's career began as a Mechanical Laboratory Technician at the University of Technology, Jamaica, from February 2002 to March 2004. Dwight holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University and a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
