Abigail Hart is an experienced Project Director for the Water Program at The Nature Conservancy, where leadership involves managing water resources and habitat restoration efforts in California's San Joaquin Valley while enhancing agricultural sustainability. As a member of the California Roundtable on Agriculture and Environment since 2017, Abigail plays a critical role in facilitating dialogue between agricultural and environmental leaders. Prior experience includes collaborative research and extension services focused on ecoagriculture at both Cornell University and EcoAgriculture Partners, alongside various roles in the USDA and Mennonite Central Committee involving food, water security, and agricultural research. Abigail holds a Master of Science in Natural Resources from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Wheaton College.
