Catherine Rondinaro

Catherine Rondinaro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in philanthropy and development, currently serving as a Senior Development Advisor at The Nature Conservancy since June 2016, where responsibilities include change management and campaign readiness across California and Australia. Catherine has held various leadership roles, such as Interim Chief Development Officer and Special Advisor for TNC Canada/Nature United, providing strategic direction to large teams while focusing on systems and process improvements. Previous experience includes Associate Director of Philanthropy at ClimateWorks Foundation and several roles within The Nature Conservancy, demonstrating a strong background in donor relations, team management, and organizational support.
