Cassandra Devor

Cassandra Devor is an accomplished strategic advisor and marketing expert with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As a Strategic Advisor for The NORTH by Female Founder Collective and a Fractional CMO and Consultant, Cassandra provides strategic marketing insights and guidance. Cassandra is also a Founding Member of WE ARE THE BOARD and the Founding Chief Executive Officer of Cay Skin. Previously, Cassandra held senior positions at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, including Senior Vice President Marketing and Vice President of Marketing for North America. Cassandra holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School and a BA in Communications with a focus in Marketing and Commerce from the University of Pennsylvania.
