Sophia Chen is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand and digital marketing. Currently serving as Director of Brand at The North Face, Sophia has led strategic marketing campaigns that significantly enhanced brand growth and engagement since April 2021. Previously, as Director of Digital Marketing at The North Face, Sophia was responsible for nationwide digital strategies and operations, garnering an Effie award for the 2021 winter campaign “TNF compass” and achieving consistent double-digit growth in key eCommerce moments. Prior to this, roles included Digital Planning Director at adidas China and various positions at Tencent, Unilever, Carat, and Universal McCann, where Sophia demonstrated expertise in digital leadership and brand management. Sophia holds an MSc in Marketing & Strategy from the University of Warwick and a BBA in International Trade from National Chengchi University.
