Susan Rowan

Susan Rowan currently serves as the Global Vice President of Product Development and Materials at The North Face, overseeing apparel, footwear, equipment, and accessories since August 2023. Prior to this role, Susan was the Chief Product Officer at Adopt, where strategic leadership was provided for product development across various apparel and consumer goods brands from June 2021 to March 2023. Susan's tenure at Nike spanned a decade, where positions included Vice President of Global Category Apparel Leader for Women's Sportswear and Vice President of Global Apparel and Equipment Materials, with a focus on innovation and competitive advantage in materials. Earlier career experiences at Ralph Lauren included multiple leadership roles in product development for women's collections. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Design and Textile Science from Florida State University.
