Dave Archer

Dave Archer is an accomplished project and program manager with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Mortgage Transformation Programme Manager at Nottingham Building Society since April 2024. Prior to this role, Archer worked at OSB Group as a Senior IT Project Manager, where significant contributions were made towards developing the bank's digital strategy, including the creation of a Unified Broker Registration system and mobile application. Archer's previous positions include Project Manager at Legal & General, where a new Equity Release Mortgage Sales Origination system was delivered, and Project Portfolio Manager at The West Brom, overseeing the Mortgage Development Programme. Archer began a career in the banking industry at NatWest and Royal Bank of Scotland, progressing from Marketing Executive to Change Manager. A notable achievement includes completing the Society’s Evolve Leadership skills development programme.
