About

Carly Irving-Dolan was appointed Chief Executive Officer, Energy and Infrastructure in August 2022. Carly is responsible for driving the NRMA’s Energy and Infrastructure strategy, working with various stakeholders such as Governments, financiers, communities, utilities and construction firms. She leads the strategy and deployment of the NRMA Electric Vehicle Fast Charging Network across Australia.


Before joining the NRMA, Carly was the Executive General Manager of Yurika, responsible for the operation and strategic management of Energy Queensland’s commercial, unregulated arm. Prior to that, Carly has had a rich career history in executive general management, human resources, operations, marketing and education. Carly’s passion in supporting women in leadership roles has translated to her appointment to the Sherwood Magpies AFL Board and the Springfield Anglican College Council.


Carly holds an MBA from Torrens University, a Graduate Business Certificate from Chifley Business School and a Bachelor of Education from Queensland University of Technology. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
