Dawn Gindlesberger Shrimplin

Dawn Gindlesberger Shrimplin, MA, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Ohio State University since February 2019, Dawn previously held the position of HR Director at Columbus Metropolitan Library and was the HR Director at Consumer Support Services, Inc. In earlier roles, Dawn worked as an HR Manager and e-Learning System Administrator at Ashland, and as an HR Program Manager for the Ohio Department of Youth Services. Dawn holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration with a focus on HR Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio University, along with a certification in HR Management from Villanova University.
