Sarah Coates

Sarah Coates has over nine years of diverse experience in human resources and business development. Currently serving as the Divisional HR Manager at The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) since April 2016, Sarah has held multiple roles within the organization, including HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, and HR Graduate/Trainee Advisor. Previous experience includes working as an HR Administrator/Receptionist at Gloucester Cathedral from March 2015 to March 2016 and as a Regional Development Manager at Cott Beverages from September 2014 to February 2015. Sarah also gained significant experience at SHS Sales & Marketing (GB), where roles included Retail Account Manager and Sales Finance Co-ordinator from November 2008 to September 2014. Academically, Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Plymouth and two HR management certifications from BPP University, reflecting a strong foundation in human resources.
