Jenny Armstrong

Jenny Armstrong, Esq. is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Director of Recovery Services at The Phia Group, LLC since January 2021. Prior to this role, Jenny held various positions, including Senior Recovery Attorney at Equian and Litigation Specialist at Gibson & Sharps, where representation involved over 60 national health insurance companies in subrogation and reimbursement claims. Jenny's extensive career includes leadership roles, such as Work Comp Unit Supervisor at Trover Solutions, where Jenny successfully built a Workers’ Compensation recovery unit, and Director and Associate General Counsel at The Rawlings Company, managing the Workers’ Compensation Recovery Division. Educational credentials include a J.D. from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, as well as degrees in Secondary Education and English from the University of Louisville.
