Aisling Burke, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as an Employee Relations Advisor at The Prince's Trust since April 2024. Aisling has previously held positions in human resources at HFL Education and Speakers for Schools, where responsibilities included recruitment assistance, conducting DBS checks, and managing various HR lifecycle processes.
