Kelly Trainor

Kelly Trainor is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in managing and developing high-performing teams across various markets. Currently serving as Associate Regional Director at The RealReal since March 2021, Kelly previously held roles such as Senior Group Manager for New Business in NYC. Prior to that, significant contributions were made during a lengthy tenure of over a decade at Club Monaco, where Kelly served as Country Manager for Europe, overseeing sales performance and store openings, including the flagship store in NYC and various locations in the UK. Earlier experience includes a successful role as Store Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch, consistently exceeding sales targets.
