Jingying Chen

Jingying Chen is an experienced professional with a robust background in engineering and project management. Currently an Associate at the Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP) since April 2023, Jingying previously served as a Teaching Assistant at Stanford University, managing course logistics and supporting over 60 students in Electricity Economics. With roles ranging from Front Office Manager at CHRISTOPHER N. SPELLMAN, M.D., INC. to Project Intern at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, Jingying has developed a diverse skill set that includes tutoring in mechanical design and conducting research on magnetic thin films. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Renewable Energy and Environmental Flow from UC San Diego.
