Katie Sulzinski

Katie Sulzinski is an experienced asset manager currently overseeing a portfolio of approximately 125 lower tier partnerships at The Richman Group since September 2016. In previous roles, Katie served as a CMBS Surveillance intern at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, assisting in the acquisition of documents for thorough surveillance of large commercial loan deals, and as a Corporate Real Estate and Strategic Planning intern at Johnson & Johnson, contributing to projects related to workplace innovation and organizational restructuring. Katie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut, as well as a degree in Real Estate Finance, Investments and Development from the University of San Diego. Additional educational experiences include studying Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Salamanca and participating in a summer program in Fashion Merchandising at Drexel University.
