Jonathan MacKinnon, CFA, currently serves as the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at The Savings Group since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jonathan held senior positions at Hometap, where responsibilities included product strategy and business development, as well as leading various strategic initiatives. Jonathan also contributed significantly to CarGurus as Head of Growth and Operations in consumer finance, and previously directed mergers and acquisitions at EnerNOC, managing corporate expansions across multiple continents. Jonathan's expertise in investment banking was honed at Barclays Investment Bank, with a focus on natural resources, while earlier experience included roles at Solamere Capital, Cambridge Associates, and Fidelity Investments. Jonathan holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics and History from Amherst College.
