Chase Schuldt

Chase Schuldt is the Regional Manager at The Scion Group. Prior to that, they worked as a Property Manager at CF Real Estate Services LLC from February 2021 to May 2021. There, they managed a multi-site underperforming asset struggling with leasing, staffing, and property reputation. Chase executed thorough strategic planning, property inspections, quarterly walks and discovered multiple major outstanding capital projects, pending state inspection issues, and 100 unturned units at the property.

Within the first month, they hired (7) new employees bringing the property to full staffing for the first time since September 2020. Chase also built out an extensive scope of work and successfully completed projects, including but not limited to unit turns, furniture installs, entry gate repairs, elevator code inspections, and repairs while preparing the property for balcony and fire safety repairs. Furthermore, they assisted in increasing the current occupancy by 8.5% and pre-lease by 12%+, initiating a full-scale leasing campaign that led the property to hit 100% for the first time.

Before their time at CF Real Estate Services LLC, Chase Schuldt was a Property Manager at Clemson Edge from February 2015 to June 2020. There, they oversaw all aspects of daily operations for a 648-bed student housing community. Additionally, they were responsible for creating and executing marketing plans designed to increase occupancy and meet budgeted rental income goals while maintaining high standards of quality customer service.

Chase began their career in the industry as a Community Assistant at The Lynd Company from January 2014 to February 2015. There, they provided administrative support to a team of professionals and assisted with all areas of resident retention including planning and executing community events.

Chase Schuldt has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Tallahassee Community College. Chase is certified by the American Red Cross in Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED and by the University of South Florida in Child and Adolescent Social Development Specialization. Chase also has a Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certificate (CPI) from the Crisis Prevention Institute.
