Arooj M.

Arooj M. is a Service Design & Interaction Design Lead at The Scottish Government, having held this position since June 2022, where leadership spans across Service Design and Interaction Design disciplines within the Social Security Directorate. Previously, Arooj M. served in various roles at Sopra Steria from March 2021 to June 2022, including Service Design Lead, Senior Service Designer, and Service Designer. Additionally, Arooj M. worked as a Service Design Consultant at the University of Dundee from September 2017 to August 2019 and gained experience as a Student Ambassador and Tigerprint Intern at Hallmark Cards. Arooj M. holds a Master of Design in Design Innovation & Service Design from The Glasgow School of Art and a Bachelor of Science in Digital Interaction Design from the University of Dundee.
