Hari S. is a highly experienced executive with a robust background in customer service, technology, and management. Currently serving on the Advisory Board of Service Council™ since April 2023, Hari contributes to shaping service innovation among global leaders in service and customer experience. As Founder and CEO of Appify since May 2017, Hari developed a solution that enhances business engagement with various stakeholders. Additionally, Hari co-founded helpall social in February 2022, aiming to facilitate connections between those seeking help and those willing to offer it. Previous experience includes founding and serving as CTO of ServiceMax from GE Digital, where innovative field service management solutions were created. A history of consultancy roles in CRM and architecture at multiple companies complements an educational background with a diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Tuticorin, India.
