Ailsa Gibson-Sheridan

Ailsa Gibson-Sheridan is an experienced professional in community support and youth services, currently serving as Family Partnership Coordinator at The Smith Family since October 2025. Ailsa previously held the role of Senior Practitioner Community Connections at Kids First Australia, where supervision of the Community Connections team facilitated the transition of young people from Out of Home Care to independence. With a background in mentoring and community connections from roles at Whitelion and Kids First Australia, Ailsa has championed programs that link young people with mentoring and support networks. Ailsa's extensive experience also includes project management roles focused on early intervention and educational support for disadvantaged youth. Ailsa holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and has pursued further education in applied social research and clinical social work.
