The Summit Wellness group is an integrative Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program located in Roswell and Atlanta, Georgia that treats individuals who are experiencing substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders and trauma. 

We strive to improve the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of our clients through individualized care utilizing a whole-person approach to recovery.
