Katie Suereth-Kerr has over 30 years of experience in retail management, currently serving as the Regional Training Store Manager at Talbots Outlet Store since September 1990, where the focus is on identifying and developing top talent. Previously, Katie held various roles at Pea In A Pod Maternity, including Assistant Manager, before moving to Talbots where responsibilities encompassed Store Manager and General Manager positions overseeing multi-store operations. Educational credentials include a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Business Administration from Stephens College, obtained in 1988.
