Lindsay Menard-Freeman is an experienced professional in global health, human rights, and gender justice, currently serving as an Integrative Business Coach at The Chrysocolla since May 2023, where support is provided to social justice and mission-driven entrepreneurs. As the Founder and CEO of The Torchlight Collective since June 2016, Lindsay focuses on enhancing youth engagement in global health and development by collaborating with various stakeholders. Additionally, Lindsay has worked as an Independent Consultant since August 2015, specializing in youth participation, advocacy, and global health policy. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Youth Program & Advocacy at Women Deliver, where project coordination and advocacy activities were central responsibilities, and Program Coordinator at the Global Youth Coalition on HIV/AIDS, emphasizing network management and capacity-building. Lindsay holds a Master's degree in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in English/Women's Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
