Prashanth Gooty is a Lead Staff Data Scientist at The Trade Desk since February 2022, bringing extensive experience in data science and risk analysis. Previously, Prashanth served as Vice President at Nomura from June 2015 to February 2022, and as Assistant Vice President in Credit Risk at Barclays from September 2013 to June 2015. Prior to that, Prashanth worked as a Business Analyst in Credit Risk at Bank of America from January 2011 to September 2013, and held a role as Teaching Assistant at UNC Charlotte in 2010, where responsibilities included tutoring and evaluating assignments for a database course. An intern at Bank of America in mid-2010, Prashanth contributed to application development and documentation for data lineage. Prashanth holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
