Benari Burroughs

Benari Burroughs is an experienced human resources professional with over 30 years in the industry. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Human Resources at Travelers since January 2013, Benari acts as a strategic HR business partner, managing field HR Directors and Managers to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Travelers, AVP & Human Resources Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance, and various HR positions at Safeco Insurance, including Assistant Vice President. Benari's career began as a Staffing Manager at Barrett Business Services and included a role as Merchandise Manager at JCPenney. Benari holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from Washington State University.
