Erik Roen has extensive experience in the insurance and analytics sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Claim at Travelers since May 2003. With a focus on Claim Technology and Claim Business Intelligence & Analytics, Erik has held multiple senior leadership roles, including accountability for business intelligence strategies and oversight of the Travelers Investigative Services division since May 2017. Prior to this, Erik held positions such as Vice President of Business Intelligence for Claim and Middle Market & First Party, and financial leadership roles within the Risk Control organization. Erik started his career at Travelers in 1998 after working as an Account Executive at Wilson Learning. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance & MIS from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a BA in Economics from Wheaton College.
