Leslie Paul

Leslie Paul is an accomplished professional in the field of employee relations, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Employee Relations at Travelers since September 2023. Previous experience includes a role in Employee Relations at Meta from April 2022 to September 2023, and a significant tenure at Bloomberg LP from May 2015 to April 2022, where Leslie held various managerial positions across the Americas and EMEA regions. Prior to Bloomberg LP, Leslie worked as a Senior Employee Relations Associate at New York Life Insurance Company and as an Employee Relations Counselor at Foot Locker, Inc. Additionally, Leslie has experience in training leadership in labor relations and management skills at Target, where roles included Group Training Leader and Store Manager.
