Scott F. Higgins

Scott Higgins is Executive Vice President and President, Middle Market, National Property and Business Insurance Field for Travelers. He joined the company in 1991 and is responsible for tailored insurance products and industry specific underwriting, risk control and claim services offered to mid-sized businesses including Commercial Accounts, Construction and Middle Market Specialty Businesses. Higgins is a member of the board of the YMCA of Metropolitan Hartford. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Bates College, and a master’s degree in finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
