Elizabeth Chatterjee is an Assistant Professor of Environmental History at the University of Chicago since January 2021, with prior experience as a Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London and a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Chicago. Research focuses on the politics of climate change and energy policy in India. Previous roles include contributing expert reports for Oxford Analytica on Indian politics and energy issues and various internships, including policy research at Oxfam and research work with UNICEF India. Elizabeth Chatterjee holds a DPhil in International Development, an MSc in Contemporary India, and a BA in Modern History, all from the University of Oxford.
