Dhaval Vyas

Dhaval Vyas is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in human-computer interaction and embedded device usability. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at The University of Queensland since April 2019, Dhaval previously held senior lecturer and lecturer positions at Queensland University of Technology from January 2014 to April 2019. Early career experience includes work as a Research Scientist at ABB and a PostDoc at the University of Twente, focusing on smart photo sharing across devices. Dhaval has contributed to various research projects with organizations such as Nokia Research Center, Deutsche Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz, and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Twente, an MSc in Distributed Interactive Systems from Lancaster University, and a BSc in Information Technology from Gujarat University.
