Bob Rider

Bob Rider is an experienced educator currently serving as the Dean of the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences at the University of Tennessee since 2004, managing a college consisting of eight departments and over 400 employees. Prior to this role, Bob Rider held the position of Dean at Butler University from July 2001 to June 2004 and spent over two decades as a Professor at Florida State University. Bob Rider earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education/Special Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physical Education from State University of New York Cortland.
